As a manufacturer of deep-drawn and stamped parts, STÜKEN offers many additional possibilities in finishing and further processing. Laser welding and resistance welding are proven processes for the assembly of components according to customer specifications. STÜKEN uses state-of-the-art laser technology, for example. The innovative medium-sized company has decades of experience in these special welding processes.

Every day, STÜKEN produces around 200,000 welded assemblies worldwide. The global presence of the company enables short-distance delivery, keyword "local for local" - and all this in proven STÜKEN quality. It is no surprise that especially the demanding customers from the automotive industry appreciate STÜKEN as a reliable partner. The deep-drawing specialist supplies assemblies for safety-relevant systems in cars in high volumes. "The systems are planned by our experts from project engineering and developed according to customer specifications. Process development is usually carried out on test systems in our in-house prototype shop in order to keep costs and delivery times for initial samples low. Time is money, also for many of our customers," explains Nils Petersohn, Managing Director at STÜKEN. "The necessary cleanliness of the equipment is particularly monitored to ensure that the welding results are constantly at a high level. Process reliability plays a major role - for us and our customers" says Petersohn. "Cleanliness also plays a major role in medical technology. If required and according to customer specifications, we can offer 100% inspection of components."
